Instructions for Poster Presenters

Poster Discussion presenters have each been allocated 4 minutes to present their Poster during the Poster Walk.

Poster Viewing abstracts will have no specific presentation date and time. The presenter may stand by the Poster in order present their Poster during breaks. 


Posters will be viewed in 3 shifts: 

1st shift: Monday 11 June. For this session the Posters can be hanged from 11 June 7:30 in the morning, and should be removed by 11 June at the end of the day.

2nd shift: Tuesday 12 June. For this session the Posters can be hanged from 12 June 7:30 in the morning and should be removed by 12 June at the end of the day.

3rd shift: Wednesday 13 June. For this session the Posters can be hanged from 13 June 7:30 in the morning and should be removed by 13 June until the last session.

*Please note: It is not possible to switch shifts, all abstract topics have been allocated to specific shifts. 


Posters may be prepared on one sheet (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets.

Poster boards are LANDSCAPE style. Maximum poster dimensions: 180cm width x 90cm height (6' x 3').

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.

The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).

Double sided tape, tacks and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters.

Please note there are no printing service available on site. Please print before the conference.

There will be a Poster Helpdesk onsite to assist you.

Poster board numbers will be announced in due course.
