Technical requirements and instructions for invited speakers and oral abstract presenters
As a presenter in the WFPICCS 2020 Virtual Congress you are asked to pre-record your presentation.
Please make sure that you check the interactive online program for the exact duration of your talk.
Deadline: 2 November 2020
Technical instructions on how to record your talk and to book a record slot, will be sent out at a later stage.
Your presentation will be accessible from the virtual platform during and 3 months after the Congress to all participants of the WFPICCS 2020 Virtual Congress. If you are not willing to share the presentation for 3 months on the platform, please inform the firstname.lastname@example.org
DURING YOUR PRESENTATION RECORDING:
There will be a dedicated technician assisting you during the recording of your session.
CONFLICTS OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE -must be added as your first slide
In compliance with EACCME requirements all speakers have been requested to fill in the Conflict of interest form which should appear as your first slide of your presentation. To download the slide, please click here. Please also disclose verbally (including if nothing to disclose) at beginning of your presentation.
